When attending your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early, to complete an initial consultation.
We politely request that you please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment to avoid a 50% charge. Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that this may shorten your treatment time.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the safety and security of clients’ vehicles and valuables.
Apologies, we have no card payment facilities, so are only able to accept cash, bank transfer or cheque payments. Gift vouchers are available.

We are situated off Thrupp Lane, which is accessed from the London Road, between Stroud and Brimscombe. Full directions will be given at the time of booking and parking is available.
